Communicating with parents/carers is an important part of what we do, and making sure you get the correct information about activities, events and things that really matter is something we care about. Wixams Academy uses ParentMail to communicate effectively with you.

When your child joins Wixams Academy and their details are added to our database, the system automatically links parents/carers to ParentMail. You will then receive an email from ParentMail asking you to complete the registration process by following the link in the message. Once registered, if you have an Android or smartphone, we highly recommend you download the ParentMail App (simply search for “ParentMail” in your App store).

With one single account you can receive emails or text messages, easily top up your child’s dinner money, and pay for items online, ie school trips, locker hire and bus travel.

The Parents’ Evening Manager service makes it very easy for parents/carers to book appointments. You will receive an automatic alert when the system opens for bookings; simply log in and select the teachers at a time that works for you.
